Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the architectural vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design Neural Architectures: Develop and optimize deep learning models for complex, real-time data processing and prediction.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Architect robust, serverless cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support high-volume inference and training.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model training, testing, and deployment to ensure ethical AI compliance.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud-native development, including Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
