Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and define the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends for the year 2026.
- Model Deployment: Lead the end-to-end deployment of large-scale LLMs and generative AI models into production environments, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- System Optimization: Oversee the architecture of MLOps pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow, model training, and inference processes across distributed systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neural-symbolic AI, edge computing) to integrate them into our core product suite.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in specialized AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems that handle high concurrency and massive datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
