Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement robust microservices architectures for large-scale LLM deployment and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Next-Gen Model Development: Spearhead research into Agentic workflows, multi-modal AI, and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive significant improvements in inference latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and model distillation.
- AI Governance & Safety: Establish protocols for AI safety, fairness, and alignment to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AI models into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with extensive experience building and deploying production-grade models.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- System Design: Proven experience in designing high-availability, distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect capacity.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
