Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices and architecture patterns.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource consumption for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and security experts.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical challenges.
