Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation neural networks optimized for low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to achieve superhuman performance in specific domains.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
