Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept experiments for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive strategic decision-making.
