Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, multi-agent AI architectures tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time decision-making systems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced ML techniques.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and federated learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
