Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Establish MLOps best practices to ensure model deployment, monitoring, and retraining are seamless.
- Define and enforce ethical AI guidelines and governance frameworks to prevent bias and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
