Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of Agentic AI frameworks intended for deployment in 2026, focusing on autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
- Develop and optimize large-scale Neural Network architectures to handle real-time data streams in edge environments.
- Implement advanced MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility, versioning, and continuous learning loops.
- Solve complex Cyber-Physical System integration challenges, ensuring AI safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum computing researchers and software engineers to merge emerging paradigms.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship for junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Expert knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision transformers.
- Experience building scalable distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety guardrails for autonomous agents.
