Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for Generative AI products, from research to production deployment.
- Optimize existing ML models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all AI infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
