Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen, AI-driven architectures.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time, low-latency applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
