Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and predictive neural networks.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy, milestones, and innovation pipelines leading up to the 2026 AI revolution.
- Ensure Ethical AI Standards: Implement robust safety protocols, fairness checks, and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor High-Performance Teams: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and real-world application.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: 8+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing complex machine learning models.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Trajectory: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
