Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and scalable AI architectures.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on NLP and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance in AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
