Responsibilities
- Architect Core Inference Engines: Design and implement high-performance, low-latency inference architectures capable of handling billions of parameters in real-time.
- AGI Roadmap Planning: Define the technical strategy for moving from Large Language Models (LLMs) to multi-modal AGI systems by 2026.
- Neural Optimization: Utilize advanced techniques in neural architecture search (NAS) and quantization to optimize model efficiency on edge devices.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Lead the implementation of safety guardrails and alignment protocols to ensure AI autonomy remains beneficial.
- Quantum-Cloud Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to hybridize classical AI models with quantum algorithms.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Rust. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray, or Apache Spark) is required.
- AGI Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and experience fine-tuning or RAG-based architectures.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant, scalable systems capable of handling massive concurrent traffic.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
