- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time edge deployment.
- Design robust training pipelines using distributed computing clusters.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production APIs.
- Establish safety and alignment protocols for autonomous agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for complex reasoning tasks.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Push the boundaries of context window size and memory efficiency.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation frameworks for model safety and bias mitigation.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
