Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large language models (LLMs) designed for long-term reasoning and memory.
- Implement and optimize novel reinforcement learning (RLHF) pipelines to enhance model alignment and safety.
- Collaborate with cognitive scientists to design biologically plausible neural architectures.
- Ensure robust, low-latency inference for real-time AI applications and edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the open-source AI community.
- Drive the technical roadmap for our proprietary AGI framework.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments.
