Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step problem solving.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time decision making in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ethical, explainable AI solutions.
- Contribute to the open-source community and publish academic or industry papers on emerging AI trends.
- Lead architectural reviews for scalability and robustness of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong track record of delivering production-ready AI applications.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
