Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule executive meetings with precision, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and handle expense reporting accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in an administrative support or executive assistance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
