Responsibilities
- Architect scalable 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas and advanced SVG techniques.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations on a variety of devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate visual concepts into functional, interactive code.
- Implement responsive design strategies ensuring cross-browser compatibility for 2D assets.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and prototype new 2D web technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a specialized focus on 2D graphics.
- Expert knowledge of the HTML5 Canvas API, WebGL (2D context), and CSS3 animations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of pixel manipulation, coordinate systems, and rendering loops.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) for complex UI logic.
