In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between artistic expression and technical precision, crafting scalable 2D vector graphics, interactive UI elements, and fluid motion design systems that define our next-generation platform.
We are looking for a creative technologist who doesn't just draw pixels but engineers visual experiences. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure our 2D assets are performant, accessible, and stunningly beautiful.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable 2D vector design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex user requirements into intuitive, high-fidelity 2D interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and drive conversion.
- Optimize 2D assets for various devices and resolutions, ensuring pixel-perfect rendering on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback on technical execution and creative direction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, animation, and UI/UX best practices to keep Lumina Digital at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, interaction design, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of vector graphics principles, scalability, and file optimization.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong command of 2D composition, color theory, and typography.
- Experience with prototyping tools and an understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
