Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D vector graphics and illustrations for web and mobile applications.
- Design engaging motion graphics and 2D animations to enhance user storytelling and interface usability.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Optimize assets for performance, ensuring fast load times without compromising on quality.
- Conduct research on design trends and competitor work to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the creative team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
- Strong command of vector graphics principles and typography.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D styles and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
