Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation goals with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives focused on long-term innovation.
- Communicate complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders and drive buy-in for bold technological shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven experience in strategic foresight and long-term trend analysis (e.g., Gartner, Hype Cycle expertise).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-level executives and board members.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
