Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of the core 2026 infrastructure, ensuring high availability, low latency, and scalability.
- Future-Proofing: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (Edge Computing, AI Agents) to prepare systems for the year 2026 standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of the engineering department, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and implement optimizations to handle growing data loads and user traffic.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all 2026 platform architectures adhere to strict security protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, and distributed systems. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- 2026 Readiness: Deep understanding of quantum computing basics and AI integration strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
