Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Lead the architecture of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and scalability in preparation for future regulatory standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., 6G, Advanced Robotics).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and Quantum computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
