Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in strategic planning, with a focus on long-term (5+ year) horizons.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and digital transformation trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at the C-level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
