Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the '2026' initiative, aligning it with broader company goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, establish coding standards, and drive architectural decisions that ensure scalability and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Management: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototype new features to validate their feasibility before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic or architectural capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and scalable system design.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest and knowledge in AI/ML, Web3, or next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
