The Role:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Your work will ensure high availability, security, and performance for all our AI and Big Data platforms. You will act as a technical lead, mentoring junior engineers and driving architectural decisions that align with our 2026 roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable infrastructure architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads by 2026.
- Lead migration strategies from legacy monoliths to microservices and serverless environments.
- Implement robust security protocols, including zero-trust architecture and automated compliance auditing.
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency and ensuring 99.99% uptime across all global regions.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI models into core production pipelines seamlessly.
- Conduct regular disaster recovery drills and stress testing to guarantee system resilience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU cluster management.
- Strong background in cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
