Responsibilities
- Execute daily production and operational tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety training guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Adhere to strict attendance policies and punctuality requirements.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
