Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.)
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet production targets
- Document daily equipment usage and maintenance logs
- Participate in seasonal equipment calibration and adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment handling experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous farm/equipment operation preferred
