Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory checks, stocking, and replenishment of warehouse shelves to ensure product availability.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery, adhering to all company and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by seasonal demand.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- H2B Visa eligible or willing to apply for H2B visa sponsorship through our company.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
