Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety and operational instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2B visa holders preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
