Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Guests: Provide a warm welcome to visitors and assist with inquiries regarding resort amenities and local attractions.
- Operational Support: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobbies, and recreational facilities.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up and managing seasonal events, festivals, and guest activities.
- Guest Relations: Address guest needs and feedback promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Support front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Maintenance & Safety: Monitor facility safety, report maintenance issues, and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Legal Authorization: Must possess a valid H2B visa or be eligible for one.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
