Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, public areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions while adhering to company policies.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and health protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status (Must be currently eligible).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous hospitality, service, or tourism experience is preferred but not required.
