Responsibilities
- Operate automated assembly machinery with precision and efficiency
- Perform quality control inspections using digital measurement tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
- Document production data accurately in digital tracking systems
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Assist in equipment calibration and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to our Toledo facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
