Responsibilities
- Production Assembly: Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks efficiently according to safety guidelines and production schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and specifications.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products using manual and powered equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to achieve daily production targets.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily production logs and time tracking sheets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process (EB3 Unskilled category).
- Education: High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is required for safety instructions and communication.
- Experience: No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work full-time shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Valid identification documents required for employment verification.
