Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock movement accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status required (Must be physically present in the USA).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Fluency in English is required for safety communication.
