Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing safety training.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B visa.
- Must be willing to complete mandatory paid safety and operational training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
