Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist with seasonal inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining product displays.
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and adhere to strict hygiene standards.
- Support special events, holiday promotions, and seasonal operations with flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States under H2B visa sponsorship or hold valid work authorization.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work.
