Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in hotel front desk operations
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest satisfaction
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing transactions
- Participate in seasonal peak period operations (November - February)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Support special events and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available for other visa types)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license (if required for off-site duties)
