Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services in resort amenities and public areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness standards across assigned zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (employer-provided petition)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid passport and visa documents
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
