Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobby spaces, and guest rooms.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Support special events and seasonal promotions throughout the 2026 season.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain an H2B Visa.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
