Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and operational tasks as assigned.

- Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and labor laws.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to strict schedules and be available for overtime when required.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, agriculture, or customer service is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa, FL location.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
