Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination during peak season.
- H2B Compliance: Adhere strictly to all H2B visa regulations and company policies regarding work hours and employment duration.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet our high standards before distribution.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse team to meet seasonal production targets and deadlines.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients as required by specific department roles.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one immediately.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40+ hours per week) for the duration of the 2026 season (approx. 6-9 months).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Communication: Basic English language proficiency for safety instructions and team communication.
- Experience: Previous seasonal or agricultural/hospitality experience is preferred but not always required.
