Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and storage warehouses.
- Operate basic agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and inspecting goods for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Work as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for EB3 Visa sponsorship (Foreign Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply).
- No prior work experience is required; we provide full training.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
