Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities in guest suites and common areas.
- Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment, and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and organize linens and uniforms according to strict quality standards.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must be currently eligible to work in the United States and eligible for H2B visa sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- English Proficiency: Basic to intermediate English communication skills required for guest interaction and safety instructions.
- Seasonal Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak season dates (May – September).
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and adherence to work schedules.
