What You Will Do:
Our seasonal team handles a variety of tasks essential to our daily operations. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock and materials.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label goods for domestic and international shipping according to standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, recording data, and verifying inventory accuracy using scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Load & Unload Vehicles: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship in 2026.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions (if outdoor duties apply).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for reading safety signs and communicating with team leads.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality in previous employment.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or agriculture is a plus but not mandatory.
