Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Handle inventory stock and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Language: Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40+ hours per week) and weekends if required.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality record.
