Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
- Package and label products according to company specifications and safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
