Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehousing tasks including sorting, packing, and shipping products efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to comply with all safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship for the 2026 season.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and tracking.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a strong plus.
