Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily stock counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing and ensure packaging meets strict standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections of machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B visa (or be eligible to transfer).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is highly preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Documentation: Valid identification and work authorization documents required.
